Responsibilities
Providing administrative and clerical support to Logistics Operations
Coordinating daily activities with the Logistics Manager and Leads
Maintaining records of logistics transactions by scanning them into a centralized document repository
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and organizing/labeling components in the warehouse
Processing cycle count results
Generate logistics efficiency reports and track KPIs
Assist in time studies on logistics operations
Assist in developing and maintaining new process documentation to ensure future standardization
Communicating with carriers and coordinating daily pick-ups
Other tasks and projects as assigned
Reports directly to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager
Requirements
Detail oriented, passion for accuracy and sense of urgency
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent required
Requires a minimum of 2-3 years related experience
Proven ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures, instructions, and to meet schedules required
Good computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook and shipping software
