Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A’s high standards
Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
Stock kitchen inventory and maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen
Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly
Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications and Requirements
Must be age 16 or older with a cheerful, positive attitude
Reliable with a cheerful and positive attitude
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Works well independently and within a team
Flexible schedule availability including weekdays and weekends
Ability to lift 15-30 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
