Cascade Enrichment is seeking engaging and dependable
Math Club Coaches
to lead small group classes for elementary students (K–6th grade).
Classes are held once per week (1 hour), with consistent weekly schedules. Current openings include:
K–3rd Grade (Sundays)
Cascade Enrichment provides the curriculum direction, materials, marketing, enrollment, and administrative support—so instructors can focus on creating a fun, structured, and educational experience for students.
Responsibilities
Lead engaging, age-appropriate math classes for small groups (up to 8 students)
Teach foundational math skills, problem-solving strategies, and critical thinking
Create a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment
Support students at varying skill levels within the same class
Set up and clean up materials before and after class
Start and end classes on time
Communicate professionally with staff and families as needed
Track attendance and provide basic updates when requested
Follow Cascade Enrichment expectations and classroom procedures
Scheduling
Instructors may teach:
1–2 regularly occurring classes per week (1 hour each)
Classes run based on enrollment
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Strong understanding of elementary math concepts
Experience working with children
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Reliable, professional, and engaging
Ability to pass a background check
Performance-based pay that grows with enrollment
All marketing, registration, and payment handled by our team
Fully equipped classroom and materials provided
Administrative support so you can focus on teaching
