Response Security Officer
What matters most in this role is your ability to adapt quickly from one mission to the next. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, perform patrols, surveillance, and respond to critical situations.

Compensation & Benefits

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week; Shift patterns discussed during interview.

Temporary assignment (30 days); may become permanent based on performance.

Hourly wage: $17.70/hour.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.

Respond quickly to critical situations.

Screen guests, employees, vendors, and other visitors, providing and managing access control badges.

Patrol grounds inside and outside the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.

Maintain accurate writing and reporting skills.

Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.

Work with electronic security equipment.

Maintain vehicles and equipment; follow maintenance procedures.

Obtain CPR/AED certification within one week of offer.

Qualifications

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods and operate in all weather conditions.

Strong multitasking and high-pressure work skills.

At least 21 years of age.

Valid driver's license.

At least one year of security experience in a fast‑paced environment, or equivalent military or law‑enforcement experience.

Valid PILB in hand.

High school diploma, GED, or higher degree.

Certification in CPR/AED within 7 days of offer.

Authorised to work in the U.S.

Pass extensive screening process.
