Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities
Professional receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods
Execution of goods-in and goods-out postings within the inventory management system
Picking, packing, and preparing shipments in accordance with customer orders
Ensuring efficient material flow and on-time availability of goods
Planning and optimizing warehouse processes in compliance with quality and safety standards
Performing regular stock checks and supporting inventory activities
Operating and maintaining industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts)
Ensuring adherence to all applicable workplace, operational, and safety regulations
Qualifications
Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist or a comparable qualification
Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications
Structured, precise, and responsible working style
Strong organizational skills and high reliability
Ability to work in a team as well as willingness to work shifts
