Requirements
- Board Certification: Required in specialty
- Fellowship: Required
- License: Must be licensed in NM
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges: Required
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- Stroke Certification: Yes
- Age of Patients: 18+
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days with a clean file
