• Case Mix: Interventional Pain Management including TPI, PNS, RFA, nerve blocks
FACILITY INFORMATION
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Ultrasound and procedural equipment
• Support Staff Available: RN and Medical Assistant support
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Limited (case dependent)
• Credentialing Timeline: 45-90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Trigger point injections (TPI)
• Peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS)
• Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
• Nerve blocks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active PA license required
• Board: Board Certified in Anesthesiology or PM&R
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years interventional pain experience
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with ultrasound-guided procedures and Epic EMR
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform interventional pain management procedures in clinic setting
• Manage patient evaluations and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
