HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurosurgery team in O'Fallon, IL.
Practice Highlights:

Position Requirements:
- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant
- Experience in neurosurgery, neurology, or another surgical field is preferred, but experience in other specialties will be considered.
Position Details:
- Monday - Friday weekly schedule
- Hospital and after hours clinic call rotation of 1:3, equating to approximately 10 days of call per month
- EPIC EMR
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Base guarantee along with call pay
- Paid time off with holidays accrued bi-weekly
- CME reimbursement + days available per fiscal year

Pay Range: $54.45/hour - $78.59/hour. A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
