Candidates must have active TX licensure, current DEA and nationally board certified. Guaranteed salary ($135K-$150K) with full benefits including 100% paid health/dental/vision insurance, employee pension after 1 year employment, 14 paid holidays, 24 days vacation/sick, paid CEU s, covered malpractice and loan repayment options.
