Compensation: $150,000 $195,000 (higher range possible based on experience)
A busy outpatient mental health practice in California is seeking a Physician Assistant with prior psychiatric or behavioral health experience. This is a high-demand practice with a streamlined hiring process and strong clinical support.
The position focuses exclusively on outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management across age groups.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses
- Provide medication management and follow-up care
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Unrestricted California PA license
- Prior outpatient mental health experience required
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- $150K $195K+ base salary (DOE)
