- Medical Director role in Fort Wayne, IN
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Remote 4 days a week; onsite 1 day a week
- Can be based anywhere within 3 hours of Fort Wayne
- 120 beds with average census of 70
- 16 patients a day average
- Primarily inpatient may include occasional IOP coverage
- FMD 30 hours a month during normal work hours 8a-5p
- Prefer candidates with IN license/DEA but open
- Must be comfortable with Adult and Adolescent
- Located within 3 hours driving distance of Fort Wayne, IN
