You ll be part of a forward-thinking primary care team delivering:
️ Comprehensive adult preventive care

Location: Metro Atlanta (Suwanee, GA + expanding sites)
Schedule options:
• 4-day workweek option
• 5-day workweek option (standard compensation model)
Full-time, permanent employment
