What You'll Do
Position Summary
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the effective operation and support of information technology services and infrastructure across the organization and supports staff through efficient IT solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for laptops, tablets, and other personal computing devices
Deliver technical advice and assistance to administrative office and clinical staff
Assist with special events and activities as required
Provide internal IT support (server security, software updates, hardware maintenance, etc.) under the direction of IT leadership and engineers
Implement, deploy, and operate information systems and technology solutions to meet business needs
Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and setup of IT infrastructure at company facilities
Stay informed on new and emerging technologies that provide measurable benefits to the organization
Provide end-user training as required
Maintain minimum service-level agreements (SLAs) as defined by IT leadership within the ticketing system
Configure and maintain telecommunications and audiovisual (AV) equipment
Coordinate delivery of equipment for onboarding team members and retrieval of equipment from offboarded team members
Perform other related duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with:
Microsoft Teams administration
Intune and Jamf device administration
Video conferencing systems and AV configuration
Windows OS
Basic network troubleshooting
Reliable transportation to travel to company facilities
Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Systems Administrationand CompTIA A+ certification, with a minimum of two (2) years of IT support experience
OR
a Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience and certifications
