This team handles the heavy lifting of fund administration and compliance so the world’s leading investors can focus on what they do best. In this role, you are the final line of defense in protecting business interests and minimizing risk. Salary: $24.74 - $24.75 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and evaluate work quality based on timeliness, accuracy, and productivity standards; document performance measures for management review.
Transaction Verification:
Audit financial and non-financial shareholder transactions, new account setups, and maintenance for completeness.
Complex Analysis:
Independently resolve high-level, complex cases that may fall outside standard operating procedures.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all activities strictly adhere to internal guidelines, regulatory standards, and ISO 9001 certification requirements.
Communication & Training:
Review shareholder correspondence for clarity and grammar; provide feedback and data to assist in employee training.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and communicate transaction discrepancies to relevant parties and resolve quality control issues promptly.
