At Foamcraft, this isn’t standing around watching the clock. This is hands‑on work—building, assembling, and preparing custom foam products that go out the door to our customers every day.
If you like staying busy, working with a team, and seeing the results of what you did at the end of the shift, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do:
Spray and assemble foam pieces using water‑based adhesive
Organize and stage materials for production
Bundle, wrap, and package finished foam products to customer specifications
Label and prepare orders for shipment
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
Move materials throughout the plant using proper lifting techniques
Jump in where needed — supporting other areas as you’re trained
This role is repetitive at times—but it’s steady, important work that keeps the operation moving.

You work well with others and contribute to the team
You stay focused and keep up with production pace
You follow safety and quality expectations
What you’ll need:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to stay on your feet and keep moving throughout your shift
Ability to lift and handle materials (up to ~50 lbs at times)
