Mount Holly is a small, independent Vermont brewery known for its commitment to local agriculture, ingredient integrity, and clean, thoughtfully crafted beers. Their brewing philosophy is rooted in mountain culture, Nordic simplicity, and strong relationships with farmers and maltsters—resulting in fresh, expressive beers meant to be enjoyed after a day outdoors or while gathering with friends. Together, we’re creating a welcoming, community‑driven taproom that reflects the shared values of both teams: hard work, good vibes, and great beer.
What You’ll Do
Serve beer and beverages with accuracy and speed
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Handle cash and POS transactions
Help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills and presence
A passion for serving others with a spirit of hospitality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and people skills
Weekend and evening availability
Bartending or service experience preferred (willing to train the right person)
Minimum of 18 years or older for VDLL certification
