What You’ll Do:
Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person will have experience working in high volume bars and have a friendly and welcoming disposition. They should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.
Preferred candidates will understand and comply with state and local serving guidelines. This person must have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment, refined verbal communication skills and must have the physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
This is a full‑time seasonal position that supports both the Bistro Lounge and the Rooftop Pool Bar that requires schedule flexibility. Evening, weekend and holiday availability are required for this role.
The hourly rate in Bistro is $14.35/hr. and the hourly rate at the Pool Bar is $14.75/hr. This position is eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards.

Prior bartending experience in a hotel establishment or similar environment
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be a team player
Refined verbal communication skills.
Must have physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift moderate amounts of weight.
Must be available work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
21+ years old to serve alcohol
Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine
TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
