We are seeking to fill a Network/Systems Administrator position and are open to candidates at Levels IIII to identify the best overall fit for our team. Job Summary:
The Network/Systems Administrator I plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and operation of the District\'s IT networking systems and equipment. This position encompasses monitoring of network performance, assisting with deployment of solutions and equipment, maintaining system documentation, and managing hardware and software components. Working in close collaboration with other members of IT, assists with testing and resolving technical issues while adhering to the District\'s standards, security protocols, and operational procedures. With a strong emphasis on customer service, the Network/Systems Administrator I maintains effective communication to ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of the network environment.
Pay Range:
IT Level 4 (minimum: $67,707 - mid-point: $84,634 - maximum: $101,561)

The Network/Systems Administrator II assumes an advanced position in ensuring the functionality and operation of the District\'s IT networking systems and equipment. This capacity involves monitoring of network systems and performance, developing and implementing processes for system monitoring and maintenance, developing system documentation, and managing hardware and software components. Working in close collaboration with other IT team members and IT managers, performs testing and resolves technical issues while adhering to the District\'s standards, security protocols, and operational procedures. With a strong commitment to customer service, the Systems Administrator II maintains open and effective communication with IT managers and stakeholders to ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of the network environment.

IT Level 6 (minimum: $74,874 - mid-point: $93,592 - maximum: $112,310)

It involves providing technical guidance in areas including capacity planning, security configuration, functional and technical design, ensuring efficient and optimized operation, upgrades and patching, as well as the resolution of complex issues. Additionally, the Network/Systems Administrator III supervises tasks related to testing, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and development of operation and maintenance policies and procedures.
Pay Range:
IT Level 9 (minimum: $85,623 - mid-point: $107,028 - maximum: $128,434)

Salary Information
The salary listed is for full time positions (1.0 FTE). This salary will be adjusted, as needed, based upon the FTE.
