Responsibilities
Design wind tunnel models and mechanical components for aerospace research and development.
Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
Support the design and development of aerospace and aircraft-related hardware.
Assist with structural analysis and design validation efforts.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure practical, accurate, and manufacturable designs.
Contribute to a fast-paced engineering environment focused on precision and performance.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical design engineering experience.
Strong expertise in 3D CAD modeling.
Proficiency with Siemens NX or similar 3D CAD software.
Preferred experience in aerospace or aircraft design.
Preferred experience in structural analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering preferred.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required due to export control / ITAR requirements.
Active DoD clearance is a plus.
