Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.

Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.

Actively listen for situations in clients\' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.

Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

Role Requirements

Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.

Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.

Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence and support marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and execute on the branch business plan.

Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.

Compensation & Benefits

Hiring Minimum: $22.50

Hiring Maximum: $24.36

Compensation Philosophy

Edward Jones emphasizes a human-centered approach and shares firm profitability through discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm performance, as well as individual performance.

The hiring minimum and maximum range shown are a subset of the total pay range; merit-based salary increases are available as you progress in the BOA role.
