San Jose, CA.
This role requires a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) with strong experience in end‑to‑end architecture and intelligent automation delivery.
Rate Range:
$60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end architecture and delivery of enterprise‑scale Pega solutions across versions from v5 to Pega Infinity.
Design and implement advanced Pega GenAI, Blueprint, and LLM‑based integrations to enable AI‑assisted case management and intelligent automation.
Oversee system modernization initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performance platform architecture.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile delivery environments, guiding development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Drive solution design sessions, system integrations, and architectural governance for mission‑critical enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to development teams to ensure high‑quality implementation of Pega and AI‑driven features.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8–10 years of experience in Pega architecture, development, and enterprise‑level solution delivery.
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) with proven experience across versions from v5 to Pega Infinity.
Expertise in Pega GenAI, Blueprint, and LLM/AI‑driven integrations to support intelligent automation and case management.

Pay Details:
$60.00 to $64.00 per hour
