Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in New York, New York.
Duties
Drive and delivery high profile, cross organization impacting efforts for multiple engineering teams
Enhance stakeholder relationships, understanding and dialogue
Enhance team throughput by removing roadblocks and leveraging organizational resources while helping to drive teams towards commitments
Foster cross-team coordination and communication
Assist with estimation and planning of team resourcing, in conjunction with engineering team manager
Identify, maintain, and visualize metrics to guide the project lifecycle
Lead agile ceremonies for two teams of highly skilled engineers
Develop fundamental technical understanding of the tools and services vended by your teams
Desired Skills/Experience
Track record creating and growing trusting, lasting professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, maturing team’s current engagements and advocating for future work
Demonstrable experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Deep rooted passion and proven track record building motivated and collaborative teams
Detail oriented and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow technical discussions and absorb technical documentation
Experience working with distributed teams and/or distributed organizations
Working understanding of AWS and cloud based development and a desire to know more

The approximate pay range for this position is between
$74.00
and
$94.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
