Medical Director Physician

Outstanding opportunity for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to serve as a Medical Director within a well-established PACE program in Massachusetts. This leadership role focuses on delivering comprehensive, community-based care to frail and elderly adults who qualify for nursing home level care while maintaining independence at home whenever possible.

The Medical Director provides clinical oversight, supervises Primary Care Providers and APPs, and leads Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives. This is a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment designed to deliver the full continuum of medical and supportive services to seniors with complex chronic conditions.
