- Board Certified in Anesthesiology (PM&R considered)

- Minimum 5 years required
- Interventional pain experience required
- Outpatient interventional pain clinic
- 2-provider practice (1 physician, 1 APP)
- EMR: Epic
- Specialty: Interventional Pain Management
- Patient Volume:
- Clinic: 20-22 patients per day
- Procedures: 18-20 per day
- Patient Population: Adults (18+)
- Support Staff: RN and MA
- Trigger Point Injections (TPI)
- Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)
- Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
- Nerve Blocks (NB)
- Interventional pain proceduralist
- Ultrasound-guided procedures
- No call and consistent weekday schedule
