Job Details
Overview: We are seeking a driven Acquisitions Analyst to source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities. This role focuses on outbound outreach, market research, and relationship-building with property owners and brokers to generate deal flow.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outreach to property owners and brokers
Build relationships with property owners, managers, and other targets
Conduct 25 initial calls per week
Conduct 5-10 follow up calls per week
Speak with 5+ brokers per week
Identify and qualify acquisition opportunities through research and prospecting
Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline activity within CRM systems
Utilize tools such as CoStar, LoopNet, and public records to source leads
Collaborate with internal partners to advance deals through the pipeline
Track activity, follow-ups, and performance metrics
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Highly organized with experience managing high-volume outreach
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, DealNav) and Microsoft Office
Skilled in market research and data sourcing tools
Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary + Performance bonus per closed acquisition (target 1–4 deals annually)
