Locum tenens opportunity
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible emergency medicine physician
ER or primary care boards accepted
If not EM board certified, must have ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
Coverage need: 50-75 hours per month
Up to 14 shifts per month available
Shift options include:
- 6a-3p, 8a-5p, 9a-5p
- 12p-8p, 2p-11p
- 4p-12a, 4p-1a
- 10p-6a
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts
24 hours of APP coverage daily (7a-7p, 7p-7a)
Annual ED volume: 54,000 visits
Admission rate: 25% ( 13,500 annually)
Pediatric population: 7%
Coverage model: 2-6 providers on shift depending on volume/time
ED physicians request admissions; inpatient teams assume care after transfer
Facility details:
- 46 ED beds
- No trauma designation
- EMR: Sunrise
