Role
Architectural Tech I – Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities

Prepares architectural plans as directed by design managers and assists design managers in construction administration activities.

Assists with layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for customer review and approval.

Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for customers, construction personnel, sub‑consultants, and design‑build subcontractors.

May assist design managers in administration, review, and coordination of project submittals.

May periodically assist design managers in conducting on‑site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.

Prepares studies and reports.

Prepares project designs and plans using computer‑assisted design software and equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a degree from a technical college and one to two (1‑2) years of experience; or the equivalent combination of both.

Experience designing in Revit is highly preferred; experience producing architectural drawings is required.

Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, design software, and e‑mail.

Physically present in a Gray office.
