NEW Physical Therapist Opportunity Inpatient Acute Direct Hire Permanent

Salary: $45 $62/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 8-hour days Monday Friday (typically 8:00am 5:00pm)
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month
Relocation Bonus: Eligible (determined at time of offer)

Position Overview:
Seeking a Physical Therapist for an adult inpatient acute care setting including oncology, med/surg, general medical, CVICU, and ICU, with potential cross-training in inpatient rehab. Responsibilities include PT evaluations, DME evaluation and training, discharge recommendations, and therapeutic interventions focused on functional mobility, strength, balance, and endurance.

Equipment & EMR:

• Wheelchairs

• Sera Steady

• Overhead lifts

• Hoyer lifts

• Walkers, canes, and other mobility DME

• Epic EMR

Requirements:

• Oregon PT License required

• Open to new grads; 1 year of acute care experience preferred

Schedule & Additional Details:

• Shifts typically between 8am 5pm, Monday Friday

• 1 weekend per month required

• Clinician will never work alone

• May float to Inpatient Rehab if experienced (preferred but not required)

• 300-bed hospital

• Typical caseload: 7 8 completed visits per 8-hour shift

• Dress code: Business casual or scrubs
