Position Overview:
A well-established family dental practice in Virginia is seeking a General Dentist to join their team. This is a community-focused office providing care to both adults and children, with a strong support system and modern technology. Locum coverage is also available while the practice secures a permanent provider.

Practice Details:

• Patient Mix: 75% adults / 25% pediatric
• Daily Volume: 30 patients per day
• Setting: Single-doctor, family-oriented practice
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Clinical Scope:

• Bread-and-butter general dentistry, including:
  • Root canals
  • Bridges and restorative procedures
  • Extractions
  • Implants
• Opportunity to expand surgical procedures in-house (currently some surgical extractions are referred out)

Technology & Equipment:

• CBCT imaging available
• Digital workflow with Denticon software, sensors, and scanners

Support & Environment:

• Dedicated hygienists and dental assistants
• Collaborative, team-oriented culture

Patient Population & Insurance:

• Serves both adults and children
• Insurance mix: 55% Medicaid / 45% PPO
• Medicaid Provider ID required
