McLaren is creating a Float Pool of providers for their open PRN shifts - open dates will be sent out via email once a provider is accepted

• Shift coverage: 12-hour shift coverage (8AM 8PM or 8PM 8AM)
• Annual ER Volume (projected): 15,000 visits
• Average patient volume per day: 40 per day by the end of year one; anticipate 20 per day the first 6 months
• Radiology: 24/7 CT and X-ray (no MRI)
• Lab Services: 24/7 lab (no blood bank)
• Surgical Services: Available at Lansing location
• Expected patient volume: First 6 months: 20 patients/day By end of Year 1: 40 patients/day
