Facilities Manager – Bristol – 3 months – possible temp to perm. £26 PAYE, £34 PAYE Umbrella.

Manage building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio. Support Property Managers on repairs and investment plans.
Responsibilities
Supervise staff: recruit, hire, train, coach, evaluate, track development.
Coordinate daily team activities: schedules, task assignment, cross-training, deadlines, mentoring.
Manage repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
Prepare/manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
Perform inspections and QA per local, state, and federal regulations.
Recommend and implement efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
Create environmental, health, and safety procedures.
Develop vendor relationships; oversee invoicing and approve purchase orders.
Apply broad business and discipline knowledge; integrate with other teams.
Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems.
Improve methods, processes, and standards.
