Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in good standing
• Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM)
• Proven experience in emergency department settings
• Ability to make rapid, accurate clinical decisions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, ATLS)
• Previous work in trauma centers or Level I trauma certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of ER or urgent care experience
• Active DEA registration

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work scheduled shifts as outlined
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Complete necessary credentialing processes
• Willingness to travel for locum or temporary assignments when applicable
