Job Description
Responsibilities and duties include the following:
Develop and maintain all recruitment advertising, including social media channels and proactively mining all available databases of talent.
Represent the organization at job fairs, educational institutions, and community events.
Respond quickly to all candidate inquiries.
Coordinate interviews and tours with selected candidates.
Communicate daily the status of interviews, screenings, and new hires, and other metrics as requested.
Schedule selected candidates for onboarding and orientation with the HR Generalist.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Requires a working knowledge of current recruiting and HRIS systems.
Strong communication and computer skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.); bilingual candidates preferred.
Assist with other duties in the Human Resources office as needed.

Qualification Requirements
Education and Experience
One or more years of direct recruiting experience in a high volume work environment.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driver’s License.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
Frequently required to stand, walk, taste, or smell.
Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Work Environment
Indoors with adequate heating, cooling, lighting, and ventilation.
Noise level is usually moderate.
