Workers’ Compensation Defense Paralegal

to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution.

Qualifications

3+ years of Workers’ Compensation defense experience preferred

3+ years of Insurance Defense experience required

Strong knowledge of State Board of Workers’ Compensation procedures

Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence

Experience managing medical records and case summaries

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Experience with billing time
