Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate willing to grow alongside our international clients from the Kansas City office. This role blends client service and accounting work in a complex, diverse environment. The Associate 2 will prepare mutual fund NAVs and other reporting with the highest quality and accuracy, meeting client needs in a timely manner. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments, seek new solutions to complex business challenges, demonstrate initiative, exercise independent thinking, and maintain excellent, interactive relationships with team members, global business partners, and clients.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Verify completed Net Asset Value (NAV) for accuracy, in accordance with agreed timelines

Analyze individual fund components for reasonableness and consistency with market conditions

Review assigned, complex daily operations and processes

Ensure all communication with both internal and external clients is accurate, timely, and professional

Research raised items, resolving or escalating any unusual activity

Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred

0–1 year of experience in the financial services industry, or strong new graduate

Knowledge of financial products preferred

Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of desktop software applications (e.g., Excel, Word)

Salary Range
$41,600 – $66,560 Annual (the quoted range applies to the primary location specified; a different range may apply for other locations).
