Job Description
A boutique RIA in growth mode is seeking a Lead Wealth Advisor (CFP) to take over high-value client relationships and help shape the next phase of the firm.
This role is ideal for an advisor who wants deep client relationships, sophisticated planning work, and a true seat at the table, without the pressure of building a book from scratch.
Qualifications

CFP designation required
7–10+ years in an RIA or wealth management firm
Proven experience advising HNW clients
