Commercial Loan Officer – Missouri (Community Bank)
Are you an experienced commercial lender who thrives on building strong business relationships and structuring creative credit solutions? A well-capitalized, community-focused bank in Missouri is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to lead local business development and portfolio growth.

This is a relationship-first role—not a cold‑calling numbers game. You'll work face‑to‑face with business owners, understand their goals, and provide the financing they need to grow and succeed.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of commercial loans

Identify new business opportunities through strategic calling and community engagement

Analyze credit and financials to structure sound loan packages

Maintain portfolio profitability, credit quality, and compliance benchmarks

Collaborate with credit analysts, support staff, and senior management

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in commercial lending at a community bank

Deep understanding of credit, financial statements, and business lending structures

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
