Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with a strong background in sourcing engineering talent—particularly within electronics and semiconductor environments—to support complex, high-impact projects in advanced technical settings. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of highly specialized engineering professionals, with an initial focus on Electrical Engineers and expansion into broader engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate thrives in research-driven sourcing, understands technical talent landscapes, and can influence hiring strategy through data and market insights.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for highly specialized engineering and architectural roles
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor mapping, and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategies
Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates through targeted outreach and long-term relationship building
Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to refine job requirements and calibrate candidate profiles
Analyze talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and geographic trends to guide decision-making
Utilize CRM and ATS platforms (e.g., Avature, LinkedIn) to track candidate pipelines and sourcing activity
Represent the organization within engineering communities, professional associations, and digital talent networks
Collaborate with talent acquisition leadership to develop sourcing strategies aligned with current and future workforce needs
Required Qualifications
4–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in technical environments such as A/E, EPC, industrial, or similar sectors
Proven ability to identify and engage passive engineering talent using advanced sourcing techniques and market mapping
Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and technical workflows
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven insights
Experience supporting electronics or semiconductor-related roles, particularly Electrical Engineering, is highly preferred
Familiarity with sourcing for complex, mission-critical projects or advanced facility design environments is a plus
Experience with Avature or similar ATS/CRM platforms is strongly preferred
