Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed; approx mid-June for 3 (1-yr) terms. Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break between 12pm-1pm. Appointments are 30 mins from 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. Patient Load: 16 patients per day Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic Scope of Work: Conduct outpatient clinics making observations appropriate to the outpatient underlying disease and treatment plan, including current symptoms. Review patient medications, diet, therapy course, etc and modify regiment as required. Refer patients to appropriate contracted medical or other government facilities providing full clinical information for care and diagnostics procedures that cannot be adequately provided at THC. Document in EHR. Must be proficient with EHR systems. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must have completed a FM residency. Have at least 1 year experience. Board Certified in FM. Current state medical license from any state. Current DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS. No lapses in work history greater than 6 months. No licensure actions. Must pass a federal background check to include fingerprinting and eQIP. Must have current immunization record. EMR: RPMS
