Role Overview
We are seeking
three Process Engineers
to support projects across multiple manufacturing sites. These roles will focus on
process design, installation, and optimization
initiatives, particularly related to
color change projects
within food production environments.
Candidates with strong
Food & Beverage experience
are highly preferred. However, professionals with
pharmaceutical industry experience and exposure to food processing
will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support
process design, installation, and commissioning
activities
Collaborate with
third‑party engineering firms and OEMs
to oversee system design
Coordinate with internal teams including
controls, automation, and operations
Manage contractors during
equipment installation and project execution
Work hands‑on with
mixing technologies, liquid distribution systems, and dosing systems
Ensure compliance with
CIP (Clean‑in‑Place) system design and implementation
Communicate effectively across cross‑functional teams to drive project success
Required Qualifications
4–8 years or 10+ years of experience in
process engineering
Strong background in
capital projects
(non‑R&D environment)
Hands‑on experience with
process design and equipment installation
Solid understanding of
CIP systems
Experience with
mixing, liquid handling, and dosing technologies
Excellent
communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
Food & Beverage manufacturing
(highly preferred)
Familiarity with
FDA‑regulated environments
Exposure to
pharma manufacturing with food processing knowledge
Additional Notes
Local candidates are preferred for each location; however, strong candidates from other areas will be considered
