Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Project Scheduler with at least 5 years of experience using Primavera P6 to support planning and execution of power generation, transmission, and distribution infrastructure projects. This role is critical in ensuring schedules are accurate, resource‑loaded, and aligned with project objectives, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities. This position will be responsible for the issuing of project and proposal schedules and the monitoring of each schedule, highlighting delays, providing visibility of upcoming milestones and guidance for schedule management. Additionally, the role is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of department standard operating procedures and performance metrics, maintaining a high degree of external and internal customer service via clear and timely communication and reporting.
Responsibilities
Implement the process, procedures, and job aids by which Power Delivery develops and maintains and communicates project schedules
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to define scope, sequencing, and schedule logic
Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies
Track progress, analyze schedule performance, and produce regular reports including look‑ahead, earned value metrics, and variance analyses
Ensure schedules reflect realistic durations, resource allocations, and project milestones
Conduct schedule reviews and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and project delivery timelines
Support baseline development, change management, and claims analysis when required
Maintain data integrity and enforce scheduling standards and best practices
Develop and implement schedule‑based earned value reporting
Experience with integrating corporate finance system data with Primavera scheduling data to integrate project estimates with project plans and project actual man‑hours and dollars
Provide effective customer service to internal and external clients
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Controls, Engineering, Construction Management or Business from an accredited school or university or equivalent related experience is required

Compensation
