What You Will Do
Work closely with the Installation Department and other teams to ensure timely and accurate installations in accordance with company standards and procedures
Provide excellent customer service on every job
Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
Request necessary parts and equipment in advance for each installation and verify the truck is properly stocked with all required materials
Document work performed in accordance with company procedures
Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or manager
What You Need
Must be 21 or older
Basic HVAC knowledge
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
Physical dexterity and ability to perform installation tasks
Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check, background check, and drug screen
Compensation
Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $50,000.00/Yr.
Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $60,000.00/Yr.
