The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.**STRUCTURE*** Reports directly to the Team Lead and Warehouse Supervisor* Works closely with team members in shipping, receiving, and inventory control* Supports cross-functional warehouse activities as needed* Follows standardized work instructions and safety procedures**WE ARE LOOKIONG FOR**We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers accurate results. The ideal candidate:* Has a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality* Works efficiently while maintaining accuracy* Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability* Communicates clearly and works well within a team* Can follow detailed instructions, including special customer requirements* Is adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment**RESPONSIBILITY*** Accurately pick, pull, and pack orders according to customer requirements* Relabel products to meet vendor and compliance standards* Stock raw materials and finished goods in assigned locations* Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently* Organize and optimize space within racks and storage areas* Conduct cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods to maintain inventory accuracy* Monitor and assign pick locations to support workflow efficiency* Follow and enforce all warehouse safety regulations and procedures* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse* Identify and follow special instructions for customer orders* Perform other duties as assigned by management## Qualifications### **Qualifications & Requirements*** 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred* Reach truck certification and operating experience required* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds* Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, climbing ladders)* Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)* Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes### **Work Environment*** Fast-paced warehouse setting* Requires physical activity throughout the shift* Adherence to safety standards and procedures is essential
