Overview
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Digital Engineering (DE) Process Engineer to support the Air Dominance Digital Engineering team located in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will work with a team of Systems Engineers, Design Engineers, Process Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers to support a proprietary BDS Air Dominance program in maturing a next-generation Digital Engineering (DE) & Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system for Engineering and Manufacturing. This system is the foundation of our digital transformation and the future of advanced Engineering and Manufacturing capabilities, including Model-Based Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, and Cross-Discipline Collaboration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Program Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues using Teamcenter and related engineering, analysis, modeling & simulation, and manufacturing applications.

Design, develop, test, and support rollout of new DE/PLM tool capabilities, oversee tool and data transitions, and manage data migrations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and ensure consistent digital data and model management practices.

Analyze engineering data across systems to identify discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and improve data integrity.

Facilitate accurate and timely engineering data delivery to suppliers and customers.

Communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels, including suppliers and customers.

Operate independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-U.S. equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

2+ years related engineering experience

Experience working in a cross-functional environment including engineering, manufacturing/operations, quality, product support, finance, business development and program management

Experience with MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and integrated applications (such as NX and Teamcenter Visualization)

Experience with PLSQL, CFML, Java, Python, C#, Windows Server, or Unix

Active Secret Clearance within the last 24 months

Security & Export Control
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which U.S. Citizenship is a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start may be required. Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance may be required. Export control requirements apply; a U.S. Person may be required as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62.

Additional Information
Position is expected to be 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

Pay & Benefits
The Boeing Company provides eligible employees with a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time away from work. Summary pay range: $83,300 - $112,700. The 401(k) program includes company matching and other retirement benefits per policy. Specific programs vary by location, eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements.
