Extrusion Associate 1st Shift

Base Pay
$16 per hour with an additional $2.50 per hour shift differential for night shift.
Work Schedule
2-2-3 Work Schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities
Visually inspect extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.
Ensure product consistency and standards, including proper counts, packing patterns, and labels.
Maintain paperwork as required.
Perform online quality inspections.
Operate packaging equipment.
Qualifications
Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch.
Related machine operation experience.
Must be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts, and bend and lift.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read English and quality test product.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and quality standards.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to understand and follow safety policies.
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
No experience required; manufacturing and extrusion experience highly preferred.
