Experience working in a packaging operations environment for liquid cleaners and disinfectants
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or reliability roles within a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams
Proven ability to improve team and asset performance through KPI‑driven outcomes
Experience working in PSM‑regulated manufacturing environments
Strong capital project management experience, including commissioning and startup support
Job Summary
The Site Manufacturing Technology Manager is responsible for leading the site’s engineering and technical organization to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role oversees engineering, maintenance, and reliability activities while serving as the technical owner of the site’s process and equipment standards.
The Manager partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate Engineering teams to improve equipment uptime, production capacity, quality, and cost performance. This position also acts as the site’s Engineering Manager of record and plays a key role in advancing technology, automation, and digital tools across the facility.
Compensation:
Up to $150,000-165,000/year Base Salary
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
