Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Consultant based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Design Consultant will guide clients through the process of selecting custom flooring solutions that meet their design vision and project needs. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, advising on design selections, maintaining knowledge of product offerings, and building relationships with clients and industry professionals to drive sales.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Sales skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge or experience in Interior Design, furnishings, and design trends
Understanding of furniture and related design aesthetics
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with luxury products and custom design processes is a plus
Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency using CRM tools and design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is advantageous
