Position Summary
PADNOS is a full-service recycling company handling paper, plastic, metals and electronic recycling. We tailor recycling programs for consumer and industrial clients throughout the United States. Schedule
Monday - Friday, weekends as needed.
10:00am - 8:00pm
Responsibilities
Operate equipment to load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks or railcars and move materials to designated areas.
Maintain basic production, inventory, shipment, and equipment maintenance records as required.
Identify and distinguish between different grades and types of materials.
Inspect incoming and outgoing loads and assist with material grading when applicable.
Assist with hand-sorting materials as needed to support yard operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Minimum of six months of experience operating large equipment.
Safety-oriented with a commitment to safe work practices.
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
Ability to work independently and remain self‑motivated.
