A dentist-owned mobile dental organization in Shreveport, LA is seeking a General Dentist to join its school-based care model focused on serving pediatric patients in the community.

Position Highlights

• School-based mobile dentistry with fully staffed mobile units
• Assigned unit with consistent support (hygienists, assistants, driver)
• High-volume, straightforward general dentistry
• Modern technology including digital X-rays and Denticon EMR
• Strong clinical and operational support

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday-Friday daytime schedule
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (often done earlier)
• 4- or 5-day workweek options
• No evenings or call
• Optional weekend per diem shifts available

Compensation & Benefits

• 30% of production
• Average earnings around $250,000
