A well-established urgent care clinic in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for ongoing locum coverage. This clinic provides both urgent care and occupational health services in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
Position Overview- Location: Lynchburg, VA
- Start: Ongoing, as needed
- Setting: Urgent Care + Occupational Health
- Schedule: Flexible coverage (based on need)
- Compensation: $95/hour
- Provide episodic urgent care and injury treatment
- Evaluate and treat patients across all age groups (pediatrics geriatrics)
- Perform occupational health evaluations and services
- Work autonomously with physician support available by phone
- Maintain accurate documentation within EMR system
- EMR: Anthem
- Supervising physician available (remote support)
- Independent clinical decision-making expected
- Board Certified NP (ANCC/AANP) or PA
- Active Virginia license
- BLS certification
- Must be a local provider
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate (local travel only)
